Registration for Madison Baseball Association's Summer 2025 Season is open now. We will close regular registration on 04/04/2025. Late registration is available until 04/18/2025 or until divisions are full. There is a $25 late fee for each late registration, and late registrations will be added on a first-come first-served basis until each league is full. Once a division is full, further registrations will be placed on a waiting list in order by registration date & time.

The registration fees include a full uniform, consisting of: jersey, pants, belt, socks, and cap. Families will be responsible for ensuring their players have appropriate shoes and gear.
