The Madison
Baseball Association is a parent volunteer organization
dedicated to providing recreational baseball to the children of
Madison between the ages of 5-15. |
Regular season registration:
This year
we are putting the registration form on the web for your
convenience. We are asking you to print, fill it out, and
copy the form prior to bringing it to registration. (Blank
forms will be available at the registration.) What you need to bring:

One copy of the
filled out form

Cash or check for registration
fees (see
below for prices)

COPY of your players birth
certificate (if you have not played Madison baseball
before).

NOTE:
Late registration (after Jan 31 registration (date does not
including Babe Ruth)) only puts your
player on a waiting list. This mean that your player is
not guaranteed to be put on a team. You will be refunded your registration fees
if team placement is not possible.

City discounts: If you or your spouse work in the
Madison Police Dept, Madison Fire Dept, Madison Recreation Dept,
or Madison Public Works you may subtract $20 per player.
Please bring proof of you Madison employment to registration. |
Every
player will receive a uniform consisting of:
- A cap.
A shirt
-
T-Ball/Prep are t-shirt
style.

Rookie, Minor, Major,
Babe Ruth are 2 or 3 button style shirt.
A pair of pants
-
T-ball and Prep are
elastic waist style.

Rookie, Minor, Major,
Babe Ruth are belt style.
A pair of socks.
Fall Ball
season registration:
This year
we are putting the registration form on the web for your
convenience. We are asking you to print, fill it out, and
copy the form prior to bringing it to registration. (Blank
forms will be available at the registration.) What you need to bring:

One copy of the
filled out form

Cash or check for registration
fees ($30.00) for Rookie through Babe Ruth.
Registration will run from July 25th
until Aug 15th (Aug 31st for Babe Ruth).
Fall season will run Aug 25th - Oct 17th.
Please note
that fall ball have no umpires during the season. It is
designed for non-competitive games to gain experience and have
fun.
