Concessions

Concessions provide approximately 35% of the revenue needed to run the Madison Baseball Association program for the season. The revenue generated from concessions is used to purchase new equipment, baseballs, and to pay umpires. To effectively manage the concessions, we need the help of ALL PARENTS. Each team is assigned "Concession Duty" between 2-3 times throughout the season. Each "duty" consists of about 4 hours and requires 4-5 ADULT team volunteers. As always the MBA appreciates the great support it receives from the parents of the children in our program.

Because of the importance of this revenue to our program, any team failing to perform it's scheduled concession duty will forfeit it's last (or next) win. To erase the forfeiture, the team is required to perform  additional concession duty times to be determined by the MBA VP of Concessions.

Concession note: 

• Umpires get all the food at ½ price and all the Gatorade (Power Aid) for free
• Field Boss's get a ½ price sandwich and a free fountain drink or bottle water
